Q: How much will it cost?
A: The net cost is $5 for the entire semester. At the point of transaction, we will be asking for a $45 deposit. The fee breaks down into a $5 non-refundable transaction fee and a $40 refundable deposit.
Q: Why should I rent instead of buying my own clicker?
A: Just like renting your textbook is cheaper than buying. Purchasing an iClicker can cost anywhere from $40 to $55. Renting with us costs a net total of $5.
Q: How does it work?
A: When students check them out, we will ask for their name, student ID number, and email address. Each student’s information will be paired with a specific iClicker that the student will be responsible for.
Q: Who can rent?
A: Any UC Berkeley undergraduate student pending on supplies.
Q: Why do I need to preregister online?
A: We have a limited supply of iClickers availible and we need a way to contact you to let you know how to pick up your iClicker.
